Vaping among underage minors is rising in Wales. Many shops sell vapes in sweet-style packaging with child friendly names, making vaping visually and dangerously appealing.Nicotine exposure harms brain development and can lead to addiction. Shops using candy-like branding and designs normalise vaping for young people. We call on the Welsh Government to ban shops from selling vapes like sweets,and stop sweet-style marketing, packaging, and branding to protect young people and cut underage vaping.
