Rejected petition Provide more support for care leavers or care joiners.

I went into care at 7 and had no support at the age of 17. I am lucky I have support right now. But this isn't the case for every care leaver in Wales. I want care leavers and joiners to have more support and to not be treated like a burden by the Welsh Government.
