Rejected petition Restore and protect the original design of the Wales Millennium Centre as a heritage building
The Wales Millennium Centre was built in Cardiff Bay to celebrate Welsh arts in the new millennium. Its original design, both inside and out, are exemplary of the architecture and art of the new millennium, and should be protected as an example of the art and design features of this period.
More details
Recent developments on the interior of the building go against the original design language used in the creation of the venue and we believe these should either be restored to their original designs or adapted to match the design styles used originally in order to preserve the integrity and history of the building.
