Petition Helping Local Businesses Launch on the High Street

I am asking the Welsh Government to look into in setting up support for local councils across Wales to support the regeneration of the high street again.

This could be with offering locals an opportunity to have council owned properties for free for a few months to help them get set on their feet. This could also include offering business rates for free for the few months to help as well.

This could help rebuild our high streets and support the local community.
