Petition The Welsh Government should require all County Councils in Wales to provide Public Conveniences as a Statutory Duty.
Reports are now in the Press of urinating by closed Toilets in Llangollen see https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c5yzxpx294lo These closures have got to stop. I know of disabled people, elderly relatives, and friends that need Toilet facilities whenever they visit Towns. Please consider this request. We have many tourists that bring income to towns and villages. Anyone travelling abroad can use clean Toilet Facilities. Are we becoming allowing north Wales to become a Third World Country.
