Petition Stop spending our money outside of Wales

I have found out that our Welsh Government spends / sends tens of millions of pounds to other countries or projects.
Really? Spend that money here! On our people.
It is totally unclear to me how spending 50 odd million on foreign offices actually helps the people of Wales as just one example of foreign spending.
