• Access to suitably trained, independent domestic-abuse specialists within relevant proceedings, supporting contemporary trauma-informed practice.
Implementation should include stronger statutory duties, robust practitioner guidance, mandatory evidence-evaluation training, and reasonable timeframes for families to challenge underlying records.
