Petition Bodycameras need to be enforced on carers to protect the most vulnerable.
Anyone who is unable to communicate who relies on a carer should be better protected. Being vetted is not good enough. If a vulnerable person is being supported by a carer at home or in the community on a one to one basis then the worker should wear a body camera at all times. Footage can then be reviewed at anytime. This will give peace of mind to loved ones who desperately need respite and when they are no longer around to provide care.
